The bachelor thesis deals with material flow, fluency of production and waste during the manufacturing process in the chosen company. Firstly, the theoretical background of the thesis is provided. Next part is devoted to the detailed analysis of current state, which is focused on manufacturing process of a chosen welded composition. Chosen composition serves as a representative sample for this type of compositions. At the end, the thesis suggests solutions for leaning of material flow, increasing fluency of production and eliminating waste in the manufacturing process.

Analysis and optimization of logistic processes in manufacturing company

This thesis is focused on topic of mapping and optimization of processes with particular focus on logistic processes. The work consists of three interconnected parts. The first part contains definitions of important concepts and approaches in three separate areas. The areas are organization processes, logistic processes and Lean management. The second part revolves around suitable methodology, it contains used methods and tools suitable for mapping and analysis of various process as well as principles and tools recommended for optimization of logistic processes. The last part of thesis maps key processes of internal logistics inside of manufacturing factory and analyses logistic system used in organization. The thesis also proposes various recommendations how to make analysed processes better. Analysis and optimization of processes is in the end enriched by recommendations, which should lead to better organization logistics system in the future.

The focus of this thesis is the optimization of material flow by changing the layout of racking systems and production lines. The theoretical part describes lean management and its use in internal logistics. Gained knowledge along with practical operating experience leads to the elaboration of analytical and design part, which provides a new solution to the presented problem and related savings in warehouse machine equipment and its staff.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on optimizing internal logistics of company. Byliny Mikeš Ltd. . The theoretical part describes the basic methods for optimizing storage (Sanky diagram, the method of coordinates, storage capacity, ..). Application part is trying to answer three basic questions. Whether it is advantageous to operate the external warehouse in Protivin. If that is not, how to resolve the location of the new warehouse in the company premises. And the third question is focused on the expansion of buying center in the České Budějovice.

In practical part he analyses factuality of concrete Milkrun establishing in order of New logistic concept principles. Work results with confirmation of funcionality of new principles through concrete exam of Milkrun. It containes also common recomendation for successful realisation the whole concept.
